YOUTH TUITION Policies

TUITION FEE: $350

(1) First child pays full. Second child receives a $25 discount; third child receives a $100 discount; fourth child receives a $125 discount.

(2) Additionally, parents / guardians or grandparents who have two or more children registered may request a voucher for 10% off for one adult class for themselves valid for the duration of the school year in which their children/grandchildren are registered in.

(3) Workbooks/ Textbooks are not included in the tuition.

(4) Tuition fees are to be paid in full before the first class.

(5) We will accept payment by e-transfer. Please contact us to discuss other arrangements.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

- Before the first class: 100% Refund

- Within the first 2 classes (before the third class): 85% Refund

- Before November 30: 30% Refund

- December 1 and after: No refund

- A withdraw is considered official when put in writing and sent to our Coordinator at info@dasschulhaus.org.

- Textbooks are only refundable provided they are in pristine condition. Once a book is no longer in its original condition (i.e. with no wear or tear), it is no longer refundable.

- We will process refunds as soon as possible, please allow up to 30 days for processing. Refunds will incur a $5 per student administrative fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- In the event a class is cancelled by Das Schulhaus, attempts will be made to provide a make-up class at the end of the school year. If this is not possible, a refund will be offered on a pro-rated basis.

- Das Schulhaus reserves the right to reorganize classes and teachers due to registration numbers and operational necessity.

online credit class TUITION Policies

TUITION FEE: $500

(1) All credit class students will pay tuition fees prior to the first day of class in order to be registered. There are no refunds once classes have commenced.

(2) German 10 and German 20 are Saskatchewan Ministry of Education approved elective language courses provided within Saskatchewan’s Core Curriculum, and can be offered to students enrolled in Grades 9-12 in a Saskatchewan school. As per the requirement of the Ministry of Education, students will be provided with 100 hours of instruction per class.

(3) Students must comply with all policies and requirements of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education in order to be eligible to receive approved secondary level credits. Students are to be in contact with their instructor regarding class expectations, requirements for receiving secondary credits, missed classes and policies related to dropping a class after registration.
